Jeff is a native of south Louisiana and moved to Colorado in 1999 to attend the University of Denver's Graduate Tax Program after receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Louisiana (Geaux Cajuns!) After earning a Master of Taxation degree from DU, Jeff spent several years serving multi-national clients at one of the largest public accounting firms in the world. Over the years, Jeff has gained knowledge and experience with international tax issues, all manners of business taxation and accounting issues, payroll tax, sales tax, multi-state income taxation, employee benefits and compensation planning.
Jeff is a resident of Arvada, CO and enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Dayna, and his 3 kids, John-Paul, Liddy, and Tackett. From the marshes of Louisiana to the mountains of Colorado, you will always find him looking for a conversation about hunting, fishing and camping (not to exclude his favorite conversation topic -- his family!). You can take the boy out of the swamp but you can never take the swamp out of the boy.

Mike is a lifelong resident of Colorado. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting emphasis from the University of Northern Colorado, he honed his tax, auditing and consulting skills at a large local firm. His industry experience includes, but is not limited to, governmental units, manufacturing, wholesaling, distributing, construction, IT, and franchising. Mike has a sound GAAP reporting background and uses his experience from working with a myriad of companies to serve the financial needs of clients.
Mike met his wife Amy while they both attended the University of Northern Colorado. Mike and Amy currently have two children Tanner and Brooklyn. Mike and his growing family call Stapleton home and cherish all of the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer. Mike is an avid outdoorsman and can be found on the lake in the summer and snow skiing in the winter.
